Always hot, always fresh. A tad inconsistent on the amount of wedges, but not a huge complaint. One thing to note: certain sauces get the extra-breaded boneless and other sauces get the regular-breaded boneless. Best to ask if you aren't sure. I've had pickup and delivery (direct from the store, not 3rd party) and everything has been prompt, and service spectacular. They have dine-in, too, and the place has been spotless every time.

If you are looking for a spot to get your chicken wings (and burgers too) fix on in Lexington this is the place to go. The menu has a great deal of sauce varieties. Mild, Medium, and Nuclear, for starters, then moving to Parmesan Garlic, Thai, and Lemon Pepper, to name a few. Turns out if you order lots you can even mix and match these varieties. They deliver in a limited area.

I rarely ever write reviews but wow. This place, I had to. First off, the customer service was absolutely great. Very friendly despite it being 12 AM, a time when everyone is tired. Second, the blackened grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. Very moist and well seasoned and the tenders with the Buffalo sauce was so tasty. I am not from Louisville and I’ve gotta say, Louisville has surprised from its food - just because of this place!

1. Wings were delicious. So good. Some of the best around here. 2. Had to give 3 stars because our delivery order took 2 hours and 40 minutes to arrive. They also forgot our ranch, carrots + celery (that we paid for 😞). We only live 7 minutes from the store, so we called twice and were told someone was on the way both times, but nobody arrived until 45 minutes after our second call. Our food was marked as delivered 45 minutes before we ever got it, so we called to make sure it wasn’t taken to the wrong address. We eventually got the order, I had to warm everything up in the air fryer, but the wings were still flavorful and juicy. 3. Everyone we spoke to at the store was super nice and apologetic. I have worked in restaurants for half my life, I know how things can go, I know Sunday nights can be busy. But if there is going to be this big of an time issue, please alert your customers ahead of time so they aren’t waiting until 10pm for chicken wings that they ordered at 7pm :( Wings were really, really good; we will just pick them up from the store next time! 😅
